Eco Insulated Bottle

We had many problems receiving the order on time. When I wrote to ask what was going on with the delay, they found out that it was retained in custom clearance. The fastest solution was to reorder due to the fist order being sent back to the wharehouse. So on this new order there wasn´t any stock of the blue yoga mat and we changed the color. We were promised two free water bottles instead of just one that was a gift already due to buying a specific amount of money on the webpage. We only received one water bottle, and the purple mat we received doesn´t have a very good grip, the grip is much better in the green mat.
The mats are quite hard, maybe they will soften after use.
