Yes! You won't find any Grinches here 🎁. From the 10th of November, orders that have been purchased as a gift for Christmas are eligible for return or exchange up until and including the 7th of January the following year.
We hope that you will love your new products as much as we do and find that they support you in your practice and life. If you do need to make a return, here is the information you need:
30-day hassle-free returns. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Product with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Contact your card company/bank/payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning an item. The original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us.
