|1 broccoli with stem, grated or finely chopped|
|2 carrots, grated|
|5 radishes, sliced|
|Small handful of raisin, chopped|
|A handful of mixed nuts and seed, whatever your cupboard will provide you with|
|Apple cider vinegar|
|It is super easy|
|1)||Mix all the salad and vedge in a big bowl.|
|2)||Pour over tahini, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.|
