What is Akhanda Yoga?
Akhanda Yoga is a holistic Classical Hatha Yoga practice. Originally created by Yogrishi Vishvketu at his yoga ashram at the foothills of Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a small beautiful town situated next to the River Ganges. Famously put on the map when The Beetles travelled to and stayed there in 1968. It is known to be the birthplace of yoga. I have taken over 600 hours of yoga teacher training with Yogrishi Vishvketu in his yoga ashram in Rishikesh.
