How To Cook Perfect Quinoa

|1 part quinoa to 2 parts water|
|100 ml quinoa|
|200 ml water|
|Half a stock cube or 1 teaspoon stock powder|
|Lets do it|
|1)||Rinse quinoa well|
|2)||Bring quinoa, water and stock to boil in a saucepan. Once bubbling away give it a compasionate stir and close the saucepan with a lid, turn the heat down to simmer. Let it cook for 20 min. Turn of and let it rest for 5-10 min|
