Home Made Winter Warming Herbal Tea

Winter warming herbal Ayurvedic tea

Quick to prepare. A home-made tea great for the winter mornings

Ingredients 
1+1/2 tsp of fennel
1 inch of ginger peeled and chopped
2 small pieces of cinnamon bark*
3 cardamom pods opened
2 mugs of water

 

Lets do it
1) Place the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Once boiling put on a medium heat for 7 minutes. Turn off and strain into your favourite mug

 *you can swap in half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon or and inch of cinnamon quill
