Ingredients
1/3 Cup Tahini 
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 tsp ground Cumin powder
1/4 water
Salt and Pepper
All you need to do is...
1) Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.  Mix until combined

This is a classic basic mayo. 
Are you ready to spice it up? - Then try this:

Ingredients 
One portion of Classic basic Mayo (above)
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Subji Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

 Method
1) Begin with making the classic basic mayo, leave it in the blender.
2) Heat a frying pan to fry the cumin seeds and the black cardamom for about 30 seconds.
3) Take the frying pan off the heat and stir the rest of spices into the hot oil.
4) Remove the black cardamom from the spice mix, then add the rest of the spice mix to the blender with the classic basic mayo and give it a spin until it is all mixed.
