Raw Slaw - A Summer treasure in a Vegan Life

-Keep your broccoli lightly cooked or raw to draw on most of its qualities.

This recipe was inspired by our good friend James who is powered by plants and tahini.

| 1 broccoli with stem, grated or finely chopped | |
| 2 carrots, grated | |
| 1 lettuce | |
| 5 radishes, sliced | |
| Small handful of raisin, chopped | |
| A handful of mixed nuts and seed, whatever your cupboard will provide you with |
| Dressing | |
| Tahini | |
| Apple cider vinegar | |
| Maple syrup | |
| Olive oil | |
| Water | |
| Salt, pepper |
| It is super easy | |
| 1) | Mix all the salad and vedge in a big bowl. |
| 2) | Pour over tahini, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper. |
