Vegan Raw Slaw. Treasures in a Vegan Life

Iron is an essential mineral that helps the production of red blood cells which carry oxygen around your body.

-Broccoli is full of iron, making it a super food for yoga and pranayama practice.
-Keep your broccoli lightly cooked or raw to draw on most of its qualities.
-
This recipe was inspired by our good friend James who is powered by plants and tahini.

 

  Ingredients
1 broccoli with stem, grated or finely chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 lettuce
5 radishes, sliced
Small handful of raisin, chopped
A handful of mixed nuts and seed, whatever your cupboard will provide you with

 

 

  Dressing
Tahini
Apple cider vinegar
Maple syrup
Olive oil
Water
Salt, pepper

 

 

  It is super easy 
1) Mix all the salad and vedge in a big bowl.
2) Pour over tahini, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
