Best Homemade Vegan AVOCADO Yoghurt

Simply good breakfast

Serves 2

Ingredients 
Two rip avocados 
8 dates
A handful of almonds soaked over night if possible
5 ice cubes 
100ml water

 

Lets do it
Place the ice cubes, almonds, water and dates into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add the avocados and blend to a delicious, creamy, smooth, silky, healthy, vegan, yoghurt.

 

 

Serve with fruit salad or homemade musli

Tips: Blend in a papaya and drink it as a smoothy
