This is the most compact and comfortable mat I’ve owned to date. I use the acupuncture mat every night after I’m done with work. It does wonders for the back.

I swapped my cheap and definitely not cheerful plastic yoga mat for this set and it's hard to believe how much difference it made! The thin one has travelled with us on the train on holiday and with me to class and I use the thicker one daily. I have one in blue and one in green and they feel lovely to stand, sit or lie on as well as looking good. I am a much happier yogi now!
