1 broccoli with stem, grated or finely chopped | |
2 carrots, grated | |
1 lettuce | |
5 radishes, sliced | |
Small handful of raisin, chopped | |
A handful of mixed nuts and seed, whatever your cupboard will provide you with |
Dressing | |
Tahini | |
Apple cider vinegar | |
Maple syrup | |
Olive oil | |
Water | |
Salt, pepper |
It is super easy | |
1) | Mix all the salad and vedge in a big bowl. |
2) | Pour over tahini, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper. |
