Vegan Green Pea Frikadeller

Our parents show a big interest in our chosen diet. This recipe is an input from Malene's mums best friend. It's colourful, it's easy, it's fun and best of all super tasty in a burger bun or on the side of a salad

| 500 g peas, frozen or fresh | |
| 250 g potatoes, boiled | |
| 2 big spring onions | |
| 1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger | |
| 1 tsp fresh chilli, chopped | |
| 2 tsp cumin | |
| 1 tsp turmeric | |
| 1 tsp ground coriander | |
| 1 tsp garam masala | |
| 100 ml oats | |
| 100 ml flour | |
| 100 ml chopped seeds/nuts | |
| Salt and pepper |
| Let's do it | |
| 1) | Get all the ingredients ready. |
| 2) | Blend the boiled potatoes with everything else except the nuts and half of the peas. |
| 3) | Add the rest of the peas and the nuts, and blend just to mix leaving some whole peas and nuts to stay crunchy |
| 4) | Heat a frying pan with a bit of oil, shape the patties and fry. |
